The latest on Mr. Krych's ongoing legal battles 3/7/14
This is the latest development in Mr. Krych's fight for freedom. It seems the judge has issued a delay.
Mr. Krych offers up his "adjustment history" and asks why he was released in the first place only to re-incarcerate him:
Finally, Mr. Krych offers up a statement; The commitment process must be continuously justified.
All this is in light of a recent court ruling that found the MN-MSOP is "draconian." See MN-MSOP critic and blogger (and fellow supporter) Tom Enavstad in the video as well:
